Not just for pies anymore. Rhubarb is the secret ingredient in this savory-sweet sumer cooler offered by the mixoligists at Metro Brasserie.
Ingredients
1 ½ oz vodka
3 oz fresh rhubarb-strawberry puree
½ oz Fragoli wild strawberry liqueur
½ oz lemon juice
Splash of soda
Prep:
Combine all ingredients in a martini shaker, shake. Pour mixture (with ice) into a tall Collins glass, top with soda and garnish with a lemon wheel or rhubarb spear.
