Last night we attended a sneak peak of the new Marcellino’s Ristorante in downtown Scottsdale. A native Italian and NYC transplant, chef Marcellino Verzino spent the last six years building a stellar reputation while working out of a smallish space in north central Phoenix. But starting tonight, he’ll be handcrafting the Valley’s freshest, most authentic pasta inside a striking showcase at the canal-side SouthBridge project. Buona fortuna to Chef and his darling wife, Sima.
