Last night, DLT sent a correspondent to sip and savor the Scottsdale Culinary Festival’s new Chocolate & Wine Experience. Tough job, but somebody had to do it. Hosted at the Camelback Inn, this event had us cuckoo for cacao beans as dozens of top local chocolatiers pulled out all the stops to create towering displays of bittersweet perfection. Our fav? Classic Cakes and Confections and its Siberian-born chef/owner, Eleonora Levinson, who spun us right round, baby, with her motorized chocolate globe.
